We want you to love your MULSKA products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please see the options below.

 

The 90 Night Sleep Guarantee

We stand behind what real mulberry silk does for your hair. If you have worn your MULSKA bonnet every night for up to 90 nights and are not satisfied with the results, contact us at support@mulska.co.uk with your order number and we will issue a full refund. No awkward questions. No hoops to jump through.

This guarantee applies to all MULSKA bonnets purchased at full price.

 

Standard Returns

If you would like to return an unworn, unused item in its original packaging, you may do so within 14 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items, gift cards and custom pieces are non-returnable

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

For 90 night guarantee refunds, no return of the item is required. Simply contact us with your order number and confirmation that you have worn the bonnet consistently and are not satisfied with the results.

 

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
