Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.
Carriers
- United Kingdom: Yodel, EVRi or Royal Mail
- United States: USPS
- All other countries: your national/local postal carrier

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (destination-dependent).
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may require extra time.

Tracking & Delivery
- Every parcel is shipped with a trackable service. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We can’t reroute parcels once shipped.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it. A parcel is considered lost once the carrier confirms non-delivery after investigation. For delays, please allow the full delivery window before contacting support.
